Kwity Paye is an American football defensive end for the Indianapolis Colts of the National Football League. Of Liberian heritage, he was born in Guinea as a refugee of the First Liberian Civil War and emigrated to the United States as a baby.

The Indianapolis Colts drafted him in the first round (21st overall) of the 2021 NFL Draft. He then signed a four-year rookie contract with the team on 6 May 2021. Paye attended Bishop Hendricken High School where he played both as a running back and defensive end. He was named the 2016 Rhode Island Gatorade Player of the Year in his senior year.

Initially, he committed to play college football at Boston College but later switched to the University of Michigan. He played for the Michigan Wolverines for four years. Kwity ended his college career, with 100 tackles (56 solos), 23.5 tackles for loss, 11.5 sacks, one pass defence, one forced fumble, and one fumble recovery.
